Lower Shaw Farm Veggie book launch.

Josephine Ashby who looks after the cooking at Lower Shaw Farm has put her recipes into print through Swindon based National Trust.

At a book launch National Trust publisher Katie Bond said that she had made a habit of making Lower Shaw Farm her base when staying in Swindon and had experienced Josie’s cooking.

It took a bit of persuading but eventually the recipes found their way into print and are now available throughout UK in the National Trust Shops.
