In September of 1982 Swindon was hit by the visits of two of the top radio 1 presenters.

Peter Powell visited the newly opened Carrefour in West Swindon for a trolly dash and meet the Sea Cadets on 14th September.

Kid Jensen was seen on a Donkey at a Donkey Derby on 11th September.
