Part of an emergency exercise in rescuing a crane operator from a tower crane is to lower the injured person off the cabin platform.
The exercise took place in the Union Square development in the centre of Swindon Wiltshire where work has just started on the £350 million development of the area co-ordinated by Forward Swindon.
