Many thousands of people descended into the valley between Wroughton and Marlborough for The St. James’s Place Barbury International Horse Trials and Wiltshire County Show.
The show featured a Food Festival with celebrity chefs showing off their culinary arts and featuring some of the very best cookery demonstrations with locally sourced produce enough wet any food lover’s appetite.
Leading the chiefs was TV chief Brian Turner and Hywel Jones – Executive Chef for The Park (Michelin-starred Restaurant) and The Brasserie at Lucknam Park near Bath.
No County show would be complete without the packs of Fox Hounds and Beagles which of course the children love.
