Offices with a view. Tricentre 3 re-opened.

The £2million refurbished office space in Swindon town centre, formerly known as Tricentre 3, 3 Newbridge Square which is part of the instantly recognisable white office blocks between The Parade and Swindon’s railway station has officially been re-opened.

The refurbishment undertaken by FI-REM, which also owns and manages The Brunel Centre, offers between 1,194 – 42,839 sq ft of high specification space available across six floors (two additional floors have already been let).  The offices offer bright, spacious premises benefitting from meeting rooms, break-out areas and a business hub, in addition to high quality serviced offices, some with a rather good view over Swindon.

The offices were officially opened by the Deputy Mayor, Cllr Maureen Penny and David Thwaites, Senior Asset Manager of FI-REM.  Members of the council, Forward Swindon and the local business community were also be in attendance.
